Post Renovation Cleans in Brampton, ON

What a Post Renovation Clean Actually Covers

Renovations leave a mess that regular cleaning can’t touch. We’re talking fine drywall dust that settles on every surface, construction debris in corners, paint smears, adhesive residue, and sawdust ground into grout lines. A standard mop-and-wipe just won’t cut it.

Our post renovation cleans are built for exactly this situation. We go surface by surface - walls, baseboards, window sills, light fixtures, inside cabinets, vents, and floors - until the space looks like the contractors were never there. We bring the right tools and products for the job so you don’t have to figure any of that out.

We serve all of Brampton and the surrounding neighbourhoods, so whether your reno just wrapped up in Castlemore or you’re finishing a basement in Bramalea, we can get there.

Why Renovation Dust Is a Different Beast

Drywall dust is ultrafine. It doesn’t just sit on top of surfaces - it gets into HVAC vents, settles into carpet fibres, and coats the inside of cupboards. If you just wipe it with a damp cloth, you smear it around. You need the right sequence: dry removal first, then damp cleaning, then a final pass.

We follow a top-to-bottom, room-by-room process. Ceilings and light fixtures first, then walls and windows, then counters and cabinetry, then floors last. That way nothing we clean early gets re-dusted by what we do next. It’s a system, not a rush job.

This is also why post renovation cleans take longer than a FULL HOME CLEANING. The prep work is heavier and the detail level is higher. We price accordingly and we’re upfront about that from the start.

What We Pay Special Attention To

A few things that often get missed by a quick cleanup crew: the inside of new cabinets (sawdust collects there), window tracks and frames (a magnet for fine dust and caulking debris), light switch plates and outlet covers, and the grout between new tiles. We don’t skip those.

If your reno involved a bathroom or kitchen, we also wipe down appliances, scrub the sink, and clean fixtures so they actually look new instead of hazy. New finishes deserve a clean that shows them off, not one that leaves a film.

If the work happened in the lower level of your home, pair this service with our BASEMENT CLEANING to make sure nothing gets overlooked down there.

Neighbourhoods We Cover in Brampton

We cover all of Brampton - north to south, east to west. That includes Vales of Castlemore, Springdale, Heart Lake, Credit Valley, Sandringham-Wellington, and Downtown Brampton, plus everywhere in between.

If you’re not sure whether we reach your address, just ask. We respond to quote requests promptly and we’ll confirm availability right away. Most of the time the answer is yes.

We also handle post renovation cleans for smaller commercial spaces. If a contractor just finished work in your office, check out our OFFICE CLEANING option as a follow-up service.

Getting a Quote Is Simple

We base pricing on the size of the space and the scope of the renovation. A single-room refresh after a bathroom reno is a very different job from a whole-home clean after a full kitchen and flooring overhaul. We ask a few quick questions and give you a straight number - no guessing, no hidden fees.

You don’t need the space to be totally cleared out before we arrive, but the more access we have to surfaces the better the result. If trades are still finishing up, it’s usually worth waiting until they’re fully done before booking the clean. That way you only need us once.

If you’re also moving into the space right after the reno, take a look at our MOVING CLEANING SERVICES - sometimes combining the two makes the most sense.

FAQ — POST RENOVATION CLEANS

How long does a post renovation clean take?
It depends on the size of the space and how much work was done. A single renovated bathroom might take 2-3 hours. A full home with multiple rooms of reno work can take a full day. We'll give you a time estimate when you request a quote so you can plan accordingly.
Do I need to do anything to prepare before the team arrives?
Not a lot. Make sure large debris and leftover materials from the contractors are cleared out - we're there to clean, not haul construction waste. Beyond that, just give us access to the areas being cleaned and we'll handle the rest.
Can you clean if the renovation only affected one room?
Absolutely. You don't need a whole-home reno to book this service. If only your kitchen or one bathroom was renovated, we can focus entirely on that space. We'll scope the job to whatever actually needs the post-reno treatment.
